In terms of section 27 of the Non-proliferation of Weapons of Mass Destruction Act, 1993 (Act No. 87 of 1993) (the Act), I hereby add the Convention on the Prohibition of the Development, Production and Stockpiling of Bacteriological (Biological) and Toxin Weapons and their Destruction as a Schedule to the Act.
