National Environmental Management: Air Quality Act, 2004 (Act No. 39 of 2004)Chapter 5 : Licensing of Listed Activities45. Review of provisional atmospheric emission licences and atmospheric emission licences |
| (1) | A licensing authority must review a provisional atmospheric emission licence or an atmospheric emission licence at intervals specified in the licence, or when circumstances demand that a review is necessary. |
| (2) | The licensing authority must inform the licence holder and the relevant provincial air quality officer, in writing, of any proposed review and the reason for such review. |
| (3) | For purposes of the review, an air quality officer may require the licence holder to compile and submit an atmospheric impact report contemplated in section 30. |
