National Empowerment Fund Act, 1998 (Act No. 105 of 1998)27. Regulations |
(1) The Minister, after consultation with the trustees, may make regulations regarding—
(a) any matter which in terms of this Act is required or permitted to be prescribed; and
| (b) | generally, any other matter which may be necessary or expedient to prescribe in order to achieve the objects of this Act. |
(2) The Minister, after consultation with the trustees, may make a code of ethics for trustees.
