A registration issued in terms of section 15A of the Usury Act 1968 (Act No. 73 of 1968) remains valid until the earlier of –
| (1) | the date when section 105 of the Act becomes effective; |
| (2) | date of deregistration, or |
| (3) | date of cancellation of such registration. |
