I, SAMSON GWEDE MANTASHE, MP, Minister of Mineral Resources and Energy, hereby publish the Artisanal and Small-Scale Mining Policy, 2022 for implementation in terms of the Mineral and Petroleum Resources Development Act 28 of 2002.
Artisanal and Small-Scale Mining Policy, 2022 will become effective on the date of publication in the gazette.
