| 9.7.1. | In the event of a breakdown, the COP must describe the following procedures: |
| 9.7.1.1. | Recovery of the mode of transport where the procedure must take into cognisance that no modes of transport will be towed whilst persons are on board. |
| 9.7.1.2. | Provision of alternative means of transport for passengers. |
| 9.7.1.3. | Recovery of the minerals and materials. |
