The Deputy Military Ombud is entitled to defray all reasonable expenses relating to official receptions and functions hosted by him/her out of the entertainment allowance of his/her office. An entertainment allowance of (R 15 000.00) currently per annum (The amount may be revised by the Chief Financial Officer (Department of Defence) from time to time).
