2. Period of Operation of Agreement

 

This Agreement shall come into operation on the date of signature hereof and, in respect of employers and employees to whom its provision may be extended, on a date to be fixed by the Minister of Labour in terms of of section 32 of the Act and shall remain in force until 17 March 2011.
