Other than the decision-making powers concerning the evaluation whether to accept or reject an application as provided for in section 16, the initiation of investigations as provided for in section 17 and the Commission's final finding as provided for in section 22, the Commission may delegate and the Commission staff may perform any of the functions in respect of customs duty investigations provided for in these regulations.
