Whereas the application of the provisions of the Interim Protection of Informal Land Rights Act, 1996 (Act No. 31 of 1996), will expire on the 31 December 2021, I Thoko Angela Didiza, Minister of Agriculture, Land Reform and Rural Development, under section 5(2) of the said Act, hereby extend the application of the provisions of the said Act for a further period of 12 months ending on 31 December 2022.
