Intelligence Services Oversight Act, 1994 (Act No. 40 of 1994)7A. Offences and penalties |
Any person who—
| (a) | contravenes section 5(2) or 7(9); or |
| (b) | fails to comply with section 7(8), |
shall be guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine or to imprisonment for a period not exceeding five years.
