| (1) | The Director-General may, as prescribed, issue a crew visa to a foreigner who is a member of the crew of a conveyance. |
| (2) | A crew visa may be issued on terms and conditions that the holder agrees to refrain from moving beyond a predetermined area. |
| (3) | The holder of a crew visa may not conduct work. |
