By virtue of the powers vested in me by Item 1A(3) of Schedule 1 to the Firearms Control Act, 2000 (Act No. 60 of 2000), I, Emmanuel Nkosinathi Mthethwa, Minister of Police, hereby extend the period of competency certificates for muzzle loading firearms until the 31st July 2012.
