| (1) | The Executive Authority must table the annual report, including the audited financial statements for that financial year, the audit report on those statements and the annual performance report, in Parliament within one month after the Accounting Officer received the audit report. |

| (2) | The annual report, including the audited financial statements and audit report, must be made public. |
| (3) | The annual report of Parliament must be referred to the oversight mechanism. |
