| 1) | If the Department requires further information to come to a decision with regard to an application for a permit, such information may be demanded from the applicant. |
| 2) | It is emphasised that all sections and questions in the application form must be fully answered. If an application form is incomplete, it will be returned and the consideration and possible issue of the permit may consequently be delayed. |
