In terms of section 15 of the Diamond Export Levy Act, 2007 (Act No, 15 of 2007) and section 21 of the Diamond Export Levy (Administration) Act, 2007 (Act No. 21 of 2007) ("the Acts"), I hereby determine 1 November 2008 as the date on which the Acts will come into operation.
