Part 4 : Appeal Mechanisms

(1)	Any applicant who is dissatisfied with any decision of the Committee may appeal to the Minister by serving a written notice within 30 days after being informed of the Committee's decision. A copy of the notice of appeal shall be lodged with the Committee.

(2)	Within 21 days after the service of the notice of appeal, the applicant shall submit to the Minister his or her Written grounds of appeal.
