Clubs, messes and trading institutions for the exclusive use or benefit of members of the South African Defence Force, or other forces, or any auxiliary service established under this Act, the families of such members, and other prescribed persons or classes of persons, may be established and conducted under such conditions and in such manner as may be prescribed.
