The college consists of— |

the students of the college; and |
| (g) |
such other offices, bodies or structures as may be established by the council. |
| (2) |
No vacancy in any of the offices contemplated in subsection (1) nor any deficiency in the numbers or defect in the composition of the bodies or structures contemplated in subsection (1) impairs or affects the existence of the college as a juristic person or any function conferred by the Act or this Statute upon the college. |
