The Minister, after consultation with the Minister for Justice and Constitutional Development where court orders are regulated, may make regulations in terms of section 306—
| (a) |
prescribing the responsibilities and rights of foster parents; |
| (b) |
regulating the establishment, functioning and management of cluster schemes; |
| (c) |
prescribing the requirements that a nonprofit organisation must comply with to be approved for the establishment and management of a ; |
| (d) |
prescribing the requirements with which a cluster foster care scheme must comply; and |
| (e) |
prescribing any other matter that may be necessary to facilitate the implementation of this Chapter. |
