| 1) |
| a) | Any court which has made a contribution order under this Chapter may at any time by order in writing require any employer of the respondent to deduct from any wages which are payable or which may become payable to the respondent an amount sufficient to pay any amount payable in terms of the contribution order. |
| b) | An employer shall forthwith pay any amount which he has so deducted to any officer indicated in the order. |
| 2) | The provisions of section 43 (3) shall apply mutatis mutandis to an order mentioned in subsection (1). |
