I, Membathisi Mphumzi Shepherd Mdladlana, Minister of Labour, in terms of Section 56(1) of the Basic Conditions of Employment Act No 75 of 1997, hereby amend Sectoral Determination 1 :Contract Cleaning Sector South Africa, published under Government Notice R. 622 of 14 May 1999 as amended by Government Notices R. 467 of 25 may 2001, R 1196 of 16 November 2001 and R 1135 of 27 August 2002 in accordance with the schedule hereto and fix the first day after the date of publication of this notice as the Sector.
