| Section 9(2) | Despite the amendments to the Banks Act, 1990, contained in subsection (1), an investigation by a commissioner in terms of section 69A of the Banks Act, 1990, that is pending and not concluded immediately before the date on which subsection (1) comes into effect must be continued, concluded and reported on by the commissioner in terms of that section as if it had not been repealed. |
