Whenever any institution, organization, body or company becomes an associated institution on a date after the date specified in the regulations as the date of the establishment of the fund, such first-mentioned date shall in relation to such institution, organization, body or company and any person in the service thereof, be deemed to be the specified date for the purposes of this Act.
