Any land expropriated by the State under section 3(2)(h) of the Expropriation Act, 1975 (Act No. 63 of 1975), read with section 15 of this Act, and transferred to the company in terms of the first-mentioned Act, shall not be sold without the consent of the Shareholding Minister.
