Purchase

(1)	Every user of land within the Republic shall immediately notify the executive officer of any occurrence or suspected occurrence of any pest specified in these Control Measures, in any pest free area;

(2)	Any individual or organization or institution that has for the first time identified or recorded a new pest to be present in the Republic, shall immediately report it to the executive officer.

(3)	Upon national pest reporting, the executive officer shall immediately undertake necessary phytosanitary procedures to prevent the establishment and further spread of prohibited pest/s.
