In preparing an integrated management plan, an Authority must have due regard for, and seek to integrate and harmonise that integrated management plan with the requirements of the Convention and the Operational Guidelines, and with applicable—

plans in terms of the National Environmental Management Act, 1998, the National Heritage Resources Act, 1999, the Cultural Institutions Act, 1998 (Act No. 119 of 1998), the Development Facilitation Act, 1995, and the National Parks Act, 1976 (Act No. 57 of 1976); |
| (b) |
provincial government planning and development plans; |
| (c) |
regional planning and development plans; |
| (d) |
local government planning and development plans; and |
| (e) |
existing planning and development plans of an existing organ of state referred to in section 8. |
