The provisions of sections 6B to 6K shall not be construed so as to prohibit a moneylender or a credit grantor or a lessor from recovering any amount paid in terms of section 5(1)(b) or 5A(1)(a) or any additional finance charges or legal costs referred to in section 5(1)(d), (e) or (f) or 5A(1)(b) or (c).
