| (1) | The Tribunal must keep a record of every appeal lodged, every document relating thereto and a summary of the proceedings and minutes of its hearings relating thereto, by means of shorthand notes or electronically. |
| (2) | The records referred to in this regulation must be disposed of in accordance with the National Archives and Record Service of South Africa Act, 1996 (Act No. 43 of 1996). |
| (3) | Records may be kept as hard copy, microfilm or in electronic format: provided that such record may not be stored in a format that can be changed from the original format without the use of encryption codes. |
