| (1) | The designated official must dispatch a notice of the appeal hearing at least 10 days before the hearing or such shorter period as may be agreed upon by all parties to the appeal, electronically or by other agreed methods to: |
| (a) | The appellant or the representative of the appellant on record with the Tribunal; |
| (b) | the relevant entity; |
| (c) | all other parties to the appeal and |
| (d) | any person who has formally joined the proceedings. |
| (2) | A notice contemplated in sub-regulation (1) must reflect: |
| (a) | the names of the appellant, the respondent/s and other party/ies who has/have formally joined the proceedings; |
| (b) | the citation of the appeal, and |
| (c) | the date, time and venue of the hearing. |
