Proclamation Notice 337 of 2026

In terms of section 13 of the Transport Appeal Tribunal Amendment Act, 2024 (Act No. 41 of 2024), I hereby determine the said Amendment Act shall come into operation on the date of publication of this Proclamation in the Gazette.
