Chapter 1 : Application of Act

2. Application of Act

 

The provisions of this Act will not apply in respect of any appeal—

 

(a) which relates to intraprovincial transport; and

 

(b) in respect of which an appeal body has been established by or under any law of the provincial legislature concerned.
