| (1) | In these Regulations, unless the context indicates otherwise— |
| (a) | "the Act" |
means the Special Economic Zones Act, 2014 (Act No. 16 of 2014),
| (b) | "Board" |
means a Special Economic Zone Board appointed by a licensee in terms of section 25(5) of the Act.
| (2) | A word or expression that is defined in the Act bears the same meaning in these Regulations as in the act, unless the context indicates otherwise. |
