| (1) | The Advisory Board may adopt a resolution without a meeting if at least a majority of the members indicate their support for the resolution in a manner and in accordance with a procedure determined by the Advisory Board. |
| (2) | Section 14(8) applies with the changes required by the context in respect of subsection (1). |
