I, Grace Naledi Mandisa Pandor, Minister of Education, hereby change the date for categorizing eligible independent schools for subsidy purposes from January 2004, as required in paragraph 183 of the National Norms and Standards for School Funding, as amended by Government Gazette No 29474 of 14 December 2006, to January 2008.
