I, Grace Naledi Mandisa Pandor, Minister of Education, after consultation with the Council of Education Ministers, hereby make the regulations in terms of sections 6A and 61 of the South African Schools Act (No. 84 of 1996), read with section 27 of the General and Further Education and Training Qualify Assurance Act (No. 58 of 2001), as set out in the Schedule.
