The Minister may make regulations not inconsistent with this Act, with regard to—
| (a) |
the form of an application, declaration, certificate or other document under this Act; |

| (b) |

| (c) |
the persons before whom declarations of renunciation or resumption of South African citizenship may be made; |
| (d) |
the issuing of certificates of acknowledgment of South African citizenship to persons born elsewhere than in the Republic; |
| (e) |
the fees to be charged for the issuing of any certificate or approval under this Act in consultation with the Minister of Finance; and |
| (f) |
generally, all matters which in terms of this Act are required or permitted to be prescribed or which he or she considers necessary or expedient to prescribe in order that the purposes of this Act may be achieved or that this Act may be effectively administered. |
