| (a) |
Notice may be given by the Council to any person who is entitled to notice under this Constitution: |
| (i) |
by serving it on the person; or |
| (ii) |
by sending it by electronic mail to the person; or |
| (iii) |
if the notice is to be sent to a Member, then by serving it on the Member’s business address according to the Council’s records or by sending it to the Member’s e-mail address according to the Council’s records, or the address supplied by the Member to the Council for sending notices to the person. |
| (b) |
For the purposes of delivery and/or services of any notices by a Member on the Council, the Council chooses the following physical address and electronical e-mail address: |

| (c) |
All notices will be presumed, unless contrary is proved to have been given: |
| (i) |
if hand delivered during normal business hours on a business day, on the date of delivery; |
| (ii) |
if sent by electronic mail, on the date the text is transmitted. |
