Societies for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1993 (Act No. 169 of 1993)17. Dissolution of Council |
| (1) | The board shall in terms of a unanimous resolution by the societies present at a general meeting of the societies convened in terms of the constitution, dissolve the Council. |
| (2) | If the Council is dissolved the provisions of section 16 shall apply mutatis mutandis. |
