| (1) | The Regulatory Authority must accredit service providers who provide services to social housing institutions aimed at organisational development, building of capacity and institutional support in respect of which grants may be made directly to such service providers pursuant to section 11(3)(a) of the Act. |
| (2) | The Regulatory Authority must publish updated lists of accredited service providers in the Government Gazette from time to time, and may publish different lists in respect of different categories of accredited service providers. |
