| (1) | The Regulatory Authority must, where the social housing institution has taken the required remedial action pursuant to a notice contemplated in section 12(1)(b) and (c) of the Act, issue to that social housing institution a compliance declaration confirming that such remedial action has been taken to the satisfaction of the Regulatory Authority. |
| (2) | A social housing institution, to which a notice has been issued in terms of section 12(1)(b) and (c) of the Act and which is of the opinion that it has taken the required remedial action pursuant to the said notice, may request the Regulatory Authority to issue a compliance declaration to the social housing institution. |
