The Minister of Justice has under and by virtue of the powers vested in him by section 25(1) of the Small Claims Courts Act, 1984 (Act No. 61 of 1984), made the rules contained in the Annexure hereto regulating matters in respect of Small Claims Courts, with effect from 1 October 1985.
