| (1) | Any person carrying on business in a name or style other than this own name or two or more persons who are co-partners may be sued in such name or style or in the name of the partnership. |
| (2) | The provisions of this rule shall also mutatis mutandis apply to an unincorporated company, syndicate or association. |
