1.	I, Tshililo Michael Masutha, Minister of Justice and Correctional Services, acting under sections 15 and 16 of the Small Claims Courts Act, 1984 (Act No. 61 of 1984), hereby determine R20 000.00 to be the amount for purposes of the said sections with effect from 1 April 2019.

2.	Government Notice No. R. 185 of 18 March 2014 is hereby withdrawn with effect from 1 April 2019.
