| (1) | A fine imposed upon a sheriff in terms of section 49(1)(b) of the Act, shall be paid to the Board in currency acceptable to the Board and within such period as may be specified by the Board. |
| (2) | An order referred to in section 49(4) of the Act shall be executed in the manner in which a judgement or order of a magistrate's court is executed. |
