The event safety and security planning committee, taking into consideration the categorisation of the event, must ensure that prescribed measures relating to—
| (a) | safety; |
| (b) | health and medical services or facilities as contemplated in the National Health Act; |
| (c) | security; |
| (d) | the deployment of private security service providers; |
| (e) | emergency and essential services; and |
| (f) | access and safety for persons with disabilities, |
are in place for that event.
