Road Accident Fund Amendment Act, 2005 (Act No.19 of 2005)
In terms of section 13 of the Road Accident Fund Amendment Act, 2005 (Act No. 19 of 2005), I determine 1 August 2008 as the date upon which sections 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 and 13 will come into operation.
