Road Accident Fund Act, 1996 (Act No. 56 of 1996)6. Financial year of and budgeting for Fund |
| (1) | The financial year of the Fund shall run from 1 April of any year to 31 March of the following year. |
| (2) | The Chief Executive Officer shall annually prepare a budget for the Fund for consideration by the Board, and the Board shall submit the budget to the Minister for approval. |
