| (1) | Any document whatsoever that may be served in terms of these regulations, with the exception of a summons contemplated in regulation 8(3), must be served by a staff member of the Authority or by a person designated in writing by the director for this purpose. |
| (2) | An affidavit whereby a return of the service of any document in terms of these regulations is affirmed, will, for the purposes of these regulations, be prima facie proof of the serving of the document in accordance with the contents of the return. |
