PROCLAMATION NOTICE 314 OF 2026

by the

President of the Republic of South Africa

By virtue of the powers vested in me in terms of section 12 of the National Small Enterprise Amendment Act, 2024 (Act No. 21 of 2024)(the Act), I hereby determine the date of publication of the proclamation as the date on which section 8 of the said Act shall come into operation.
